Yesterday I had the pleasure of fishing with Don Thomas and his wife (who's name escapes me right now). Even though we came in early due to Don not feeling so well, we still ended up with 8 keeper walleye. I wasn't sure if we were ever going to catch a keeper though because for the first two hours or so, we could not keep the pesky Sheepshead off the lines. It was driving me nuts!!! Then again, between the Sheepshead, undersize walleye, and even a catfish, we pretty much had non-stop action, so I guess it ain't all bad. Better get out there folks, summer is gong fast!
