Started out Fluking, Hit Sandy Hook Channel picked a couple shorts but it was to bumpy for the little guys on the boat.

Went inside and worked the Reach for more shorts, no real bite.....did not see any nets working on the headboats or other smaller vessels.

Wind laid down and ran back outside, more shorts and Robbins in Sandy Hook Channel.

Then the mother of all Blue fish blitz's from North Beach to the Highlands bridge about 3/4 mile off the beach. Chaoppers from 5-10 lbs were breaking water all over.

Dad and boys had a blast battling the choppers and went home with pleny of fillets for the grill.

Nothing like seeing a Dad and his boy's enjoy the outdoors. That is what it is all about.
