Fri 11/20 Blackfish Limit, Stripers and Blues

Had Tiny Tim Aka Da Black Cats charter today with a great cast of Characters. Chucky, Bobber, Bob bates, Stelly and Arty rounded out the crew for a day of Blackfishing.

Headed out and on the way to the tog grounds we couldnt pass up the Bird Life.Even though the guys were hardcore Blackfisherman we Decided to give it a Try.

Made a few Drifts With a Bunch of shorts and we Boxed 5 Keeper Stripers and released a few Blues.

Off to the Blackfish Grounds... It was a tough Bite but we had some life... Real scratchy picky bite and we get a few fish in flurries... But we were boxing some nice keepers here n there... Made another drop the Guys worked hard to Cap off there 6 man limit of Blackfish... Broke a few to many good ones off today as well. Our Biggest Tog was 7lbs for the day.

Picked up the anchor and on the way home the Birds were everywhere... Fish splashing etc... Had to stop couldnt pass it up!!! First drift was all the Jumbo Blues they could handle and 1 keeper Striper...

Made one more drift further south on Birds and Great Bass readings this drift.

All Bass a Ton of Shorts and we added 5 more Keepers to da box....

Congrats to Chucky he was def the puller today first o his limit of Bass and Blackfish!!! Bates was the Bass Man Stelly was the tog man because we know he cant catch a keeper bass... Arty Bobber and Tim all had some nice tog and Bass!!!

By days end the Guys managed to box up he 6 man Limit of 36 keeper Blackfish and Jigged up over 35 Stripers with 11 Keeper Stripers for the Cooler. We also released a load of big Blues!!! Lots of fish n fillets!!!

Nice to have a West wind for a change Fun Day!!!

Thanks again Guys

Sat 11/21 Another Blackfish Limit Stripers and Blues

Carl Fischl had the day booked Joined By Bruce, Brendon The puller, Elevator Nate, and Stelly and Tim back for the double header...

Headed back out for a day of Blackfishing... But again couldnt pass up the bird life on the ride to the grounds.

Stared Jigging on good reads and had bass n blues on right away... Brendon was first one on a Striper... Slugged away for a couple of drifts... Managed to Box up 5 Keepers a bunch of shorts and a few Blues.

Off the Blackfish Grounds... Go anchored and had a few fish pretty quickly... But then it was just a slow pick... Scratch.... Scratch... Then we get a flurry of Keepers... Then it would Die...Then a Couple More Keeps... Never could get a real good bite going... But since the Bite has been slow since the storm and a few that i talked to said the bite was slow... So we stuck it out with the life we had until we reached a 6 man limit+ Few here few there add up by the end of the day!

Bruce Knows who to bring to fill the Box Brendon is a puller landing the first Striper and Blackfish! Stelly Redeemed Himself and actual Caught a striper today. Tim was sabotaged By stellys bad Rig... Carl and Nate both picked away nicely to a limit.

Stopped on the way in on birds But it was Mostly big blues with doggies mixed in But Tim added another Keeper Striper to the Box!

It was a tough Blackfish bite and the guys fished very hard for everything that went in da Cooler... By days end we boated a 6 Man Limit+ around 44 Keeper Blackfish with everyone taking home a legal limit... 6 keeper Stripers and a Load of Big Blues!

Fun Day beautiful weather!!!

Thanks again Guys!!!
