Decided to stay local and do some clamming today after the lack of action jigging the past few days. Glad we did..

Seems the bait bite is getting back to normal, started last night with Capt. Frank having good action on the 3:30pm trip.

Starting to see some smaller fish show as we tossed back many 24 to 26 inchers. Plenty of keepers though with Chris Zotti landing the pool fish at 18 pounds.

Vinny (Vintastic) brought his A game today and did his thing putting 3 keepers in the box. He still leads the big pool at 34 pounds.

Big Jim and Friend caught thier limit, all the time wondering where the Shrimpman was today!!!

Bite lasted till the end of the outgoing than that was it, wind finally started to come on, so it was time to go.

Weatherman once again killed everyone in the Harbor as many boats stayed tied up. Some even canceled Charters with the forcast. What a disgrace that they could be so wrong so often. Most people would loose thier jobs being so inept!!!

Good pics and another youtube vid on the clamming bite!!
