Had a good drift in the AM with the incoming, not the bite of the past few days though. Picked at the smaller fish for an hour before we landed a keeper. Tried a couple new area's and found the same results. Bite got much better for the last hour and a half after the change of tide. Andy Seney, Union Beach landed his first Fluke pool of the season. Chris, my deckhand, used his day off to fish, instead of cut grass and landed a very nice 6 pound Fluke. Suprised with the area we covered on the drift that we didn't catch more fish, go figure!! Still a very nice day on the water for the few who showed up.......Capt.Ron
