Had the last of the incoming in the AM, a bit of a slider but we didn't have too many customers and tangles where at a minimum. Picked for the first two hours on keepers and shorts. Hit a few Sea bass snags and landed some beauties through slack water. Outgoing tide the wind died down, the bite was on! First drift lasted an hour with up and down fishing! Covered close to a mile and a half....so much for the bio-mass!! Much better fishing than the past 3 days....Ran back up for another drift around 1:00pm only too find the current at 3 knots!!! Gotta love the New moon tides. Finished the day with way too much lead and a couple more fish.....Chartered this Saturday morning. Capt.ron
