Thought for sure after yesterday and the catch we had with a charter, today would be the day with the regs....no such luck! Stopped on some bird life and made a float first thing, looked like all blues so we continued on. Waited for the change of tide and some current, caught a nice keeper and a few blues. Bite didn't turn on after and hour and a half, lost my patience, made another drop, NG. Ran back between the channels to jig some fish, had all the blues you could catch with one bass mixed in....left that hopeing the bass would turn on with the current, again, no such luck. Made a few drops in several area's NG!! Knew I was in trouble first thing in the AM when a customer gave me a nice bottle of Johnnie Walker Gold, BAD OMEN....Capt.Frank is out this afternoon, Blues so far, no Bass. Last nights trip was for crap also!

Seems the fish that did come through the past few days kept going, those were mostly females. Starting to see the males, but not a great number of them, after 30 years I still haven't figured it out!!! Capt.Ron
