Totally amazing how today we had a much better drift in the AM, not fast, but at least we moved, still had to work the throttles and the bite was a third of what it was yesterday with CRAP conditions!!! Caught some very nice fish the first hour with a slow pick, couldn't see spending the whole day there so we took off to find (hopefully) something better. Picked fish in Ambrose, more shorts than keepers, worked to SH channel, no where near the bite we had yesterday. Fished in between on some snags and rough bottom to catch a handfull of keepers and some Sea Bass. Tom Krako, Atlantic highlands, just missed his limit with 7 fish, when I blew the whistle to come home, he gave me the finger!!!! (all in fun of course). He also had the pool fish at 5 1/2 pounds, but would have lost had the guy with the 6 1/2 gone in!!!!

Gotta love the intesity of my customers, if I only had time to capture some of the facial expressions when they swing an miss, I could do a whole book with captions! Chartered Friday AM. Not sailing Friday afternoons anymore. Thanks,Capt.ron
