Today's plan "A" went out the window when an Easterly breeze came up on the way out....with wind against the tide and no drift, the bay was out!!!! Fished the outgoing current in the channels and picked at the shorts. The roll got bigger as the tide ran harder so that was out. Fished the knoll for a few drifts, had some nice keepers along with short fish. Back to the ocean for the change of tide, NG. Ended the day playing catch and release on way too many 17 inch fish....Seriously starting to think about a Sushi bar on the boat!! Capt.ron
