Couldn't wait to get back out there today after yesterdays fishing....only one problem, the bite was nothing like YESTERDAY!!! Had to wait a bit for some current after the change, when it started to move we had a shot of fish, couple keepers and some shorts, thought the bite was on. Waited 30 minutes then had a few more shorts. Moved into shallower water and had another shot, it just didn't hold up. Took a ride to check out some old stompin grounds, read fish and again, had a couple shots where we boated a couple keepers and shorts. Bite never held up no matter where we went. The last hour and a half of the day was like watching paint dry!!!

Mopar Charlie had the hot hand today boating 3 nice keepers with a couple shorts..Great weather ahead, should make all the differance for the next week. Afternoons start this week Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3:30pm till 9:30pm.....Capt.Ron
