Finally a day without Wind and Rain!! Had a good outgoing this morning but only managed a one two pick on the bass. The keepers were all nice size though. Took a ride before the end of the tide and had another shot of bigger fish and some shorts...Watched in amazement as a troller hooked up, reeled in a short, stuck it with a gaff, threw it back...then netted it to try and revive it!!!!! Actually yeld out "Does anybody want it, it's not gonna make it"! Sure I'll take it, along with the $150 fine!

Fish floated past my boat.... Christ, you could reach over and lift the sucker in those low profile boats, and having a net onboard then choosing a gaff? What the hell is the sense in that? Capt.ron
