I fished yesterday afternoon inside Carolina Beach yacht basin, tide was dead low, just as soon as the tide changed the flounder started to bite.I was fishng with small menhaden on a light line no weight at all,in about 2' of water, could see the flounder come up and attack the bait, chasing it across the top of the water, real exciting for inshore fishing with the Cape Fear Guide - Capt.Mike Dennis
