Hi Everyone,

This past week the weather was perfect. We had a lot of sun and with that the temperatures climbed back up. We had daytime highs in the mid to upper 90's with one day reaching 102 degrees. The warm weather also brought more humidity making things pretty hot. Our over night temperatures are very nice averaging in the low 80's.

This past week we had no storms in the area giving us perfect fly fishing conditions. We have seen very flat water early in the monings with just a slight breeze coming up on some afternoons. This breeze was welcomed by most as it just moved enough air to make the warm temperatures feel a couple of degreese cooler than they actually were.

The fishing has picked up from what it was last week. This week we saw very good action for Dorado and Tuna. The Dorado and Tuna seemed to inhale every fly presented to them. My guest Tom Nunally has had a very good week so far catching some very nice Dorado and Tuna on the fly rod. Tom will be here for another week and we will be out fishing over the next few days. Tom and I may go try and catch a bill fish on the fly rod as we have some excellent bill fishing right now. We continue to see excellent fly fishing for Sail fish and Marlin. We are having quite a few bill fish coming in on the teasers. Enough to where you do not want to look away from them too long.

Inshore we continue to see good numbers of smaller Rooster fish with a few big fish mixed in. Once again the Needle fish have been a problem. We should start to see a decrease in the Needle fish over the next couple weeks giving anglers a great opportunity to fly fish inshore or from the beach.

I will be on the water the next few days. I will be sure to let everyone know how the fly fishing in Baja treats me and my guests.

As I posted in my last few reports, I will be offering a special on guide fees for the rest of September and October. The special includes: pay for 2 guided days and get the third free or pay for 4 guided days and get the fifth and sixth free. In order to redeem this special, please mention that you saw it on my report or heard about it from one of my other sources where I advertise.

Until next time………Keep fishing!!
