Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 10/13/18
The pendulum has swung, and the bass are running to the fall patterns, from the beginning of the week to the end this past week numbers were way up, size was getting better and results were great! Our long-extended heat and summer conditions finally ended, and we will see some great fishing with few exceptions over the next month.
Baits for the week were limited to just about every different presentation we fished, caught fish, make your selection and catch fish; we used Tight-Line swim jigs, their football jigs, Missile bait D-bombs and Picasso spinner baits and had success on them all. The bass had many different depths but most our fish came 8 to 13 ft. of water. Lots of fish showing up that you can tell haven’t hit the sun yet as they were very whitish looking.
