Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 10/31/20
Change is upon us, the fall bite is here and the feeding for the winter is occurring in the creeks; it took a long time to get to this point but for the most part the fall bite has moved to near November over the past many years. Schools of bait are being busted, the grass is breaking up and there is a frog bite in some areas of the lake!
We are fishing SPRO rattle baits (Aruka Shad) through the schooling bass, SPRO frogs over the top of active fish in the grass, Picasso chatter baits along the edges of the grass and Picasso spinner baits. Let us not forget my go to bait Tight-Line swim jigs over the grass that is covered by water.
