Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/1/21
It been a great week on Guntersville this past week the numbers have increased greatly and catching has been more the norm than anytime this season so far. I believe the fish are way behind many other years, but the good times are here and getting your line stretched is lots of fun!
We fished mainly with Missile Bait D-Bombs, their 48-stick bait, and some traditional lizards most of the week, my old faithful Tight-Line swim jig and Picasso Spinner bait is also producing especially if you want to cover water and just locate some fish or let the wind push you through an area with decent results. The key is depth and cover if you are in the right depth with correct cover your catching fish!
