Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/2/20
There was more consistency in the bite this past week as the numerous storm fronts coming through slowed giving us a longer period of stable weather. This will get nothing but better over the next few weeks and until the real summer heat set in, we should have some great fishing on Guntersville.
I spent most of the week hunting post spawn fish, rolling Picasso spinner baits, Tight Line swim jigs and Picasso buzz baits over the grass. We did slow some fishing shaky heads rigged with Missile bait “48” stick baits and Missile D-Bombs when we did. Fishing is for sure getting more consistent.
