Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 7/9/22
With the intense heat, I have been surprised at how well the fish have been biting early in the morning; it has been a great July so far and I expect it to continue. The fish seem to be moving to the deep edges and feeding at least until the sun gets up strongly and we move into the heat of the day!
Baits, well its pretty simple as Missile bait worms, Tight-Line jigs, seem to be the only thing we can get bit on. You must work them slowing, be patient and give the bait a chance to get to the bottom of the edge of grass and shake it some to catch fish.
