Flipping is the way to go right now. Big jigs or creature baits are working best fished around hydrilla. We have had several big fish lately in the 7 to 8 lb range and are catching a lot of 3 to 5 lb fish also. The fish are grouped up and when you catch one everyone else needs to pitch in the same area. We have caught up to 5 fish out of one little ten foot circle. I haven't been doing this but I have talked to several people catching fish on a buzzbait. Its more for numbers, they haven't been catching any big fish on them just several two lbers for the most part.

I haven't posted much here lately due to taking some time off to spend with the family through the summer. I have just been running a few trips but now I am back to running full time. I sure will be glad when my wife finishes up school and we won't be apart so much.

I will be getting some pics up in my next report, my computer died and I posted this from a friends comp. but his didn't have the software to do my pics with.

I have dates open if anyone wants to get out.
