Got out on a late trip today fishing up river from Waterfront. We only had about 4 hours to fish but had a limit and a couple to boot. We had about that many slap at the bait or not get hooked up well. We never got the bigger bite with all of our fish being good keepers but no shorts. With the sudden drop in the water level it made the bite tuff for us. We had fish in the same areas I have been catching them for the last four weeks but they had moved a little on us. We only had bites on the Muscle 10 and 7+ crankbaits in shad colors. Not too bad of a day just wish the numbers would have been a little stronger. See you on the water.
