I certainly don't mind a Butt kickin when it's outta the NE. Fish seem to get very aggressive, but when it blows South 25 with gusts to 30 and we have an ebb tide, it's not a pretty picture!!!

First drop we started fish right away with a one, one pick. Couple shorts and a handfull of keepers. As the current started to run out harder, the bite stopped. Made a move and had a shot of 3 fish, then it died again.

Took a ride out to the East, came back on the Anchor and had 10 fish on, only they were the endangered species!!! Got the hell outta there fast!

Ran down the beach, once there the wind was now a steady 27 knots and nasty, read fish, anchored and once again caught 2 right away, that was it.

Back to the North for the last drop, gannets hitting the water, great readings, 2 keepers and a short, one bluefish right away....that was it...by now I'm thinking tonight it's TANGARAY!!

Walter was high hook with 5 fish, 3 keepers and 2 shorts. Couple guys had 2 keepers, many with none. Tough day to say the least....Capt.Ron
