The fishing has been pretty consistent still even with the water temp reaching 90 degrees. The early mornings and evenings have been the only times I have been getting out. There are still some snook around but not in the numbers they were back in the middle of July. The redfishing has picked up a lot around the stronger tides. Most fish are 16-20 inches with many overslot fish roaming the flats as well. The whitebait is small, but if you can get your hands on some 3-4 inch baits you will have a great day fishing. Cut baits and pinfish will work too depending on where you are fishing. Here are some pictures from a recent trip, we got into some overslot reds and a nice snook, along with tons of trout and smaller reds.
