Pretty crappie conditions to start out the morning with the incoming and hard NW wind. Still managed to pick at the Bass with all but one fish being a keeper! Bite slowed as the tide eased off, but with the swinging of the boat and the roll we decided to kill some time and look over a new area.

Ran South a bit, fished a piece of bottom I thought would have some fish by now, caught 2 nice Blackfish, one 9 pounds the other 5 1/2, tossed both egg bearing Moms back and headed North for the change of tide. Glad we did!

Very good bite the rest of the day with Tom Krako, Mark, Al and the Shrimpman leading the way with multiple fish! June Benson finally took the guys money with a very nice 15 pound bass...Some Great pics for todays post! Wish the two brothers who drove all this way didn't go home, they missed a good bite. Capt. Ron
