The shiner bite has been unreal the past three days with between 20 and 30

fish each day.We had some bad luck getting the real big fish in the boat but

did manage one over 8 pounds each day.Bill S and Butch were in from

Kansas and Alabama and had a great time with this red hot action.

The morning bite has been a little slow with the water temps being in the low

50's but as the water climbed to the 60 degree mark both days the fish

really turned on.The best areas we have found the past two days have been

on the edges of the main river channel with scattered floating grass.
