Windy conditions past week but less traffic and good bite always great for guides.

The snook have been active along structures and drop offs. The past week anglers caught all four species of snook using live bait and DOA Lures. The big snook are starting to show as the gather near inlet and deep passes in the upcoming weeks.

Tarpon fishing has been great for anglers, back bays, canals and along deep channels. Schools of tarpon found along channel edges took live baits and DOA Terror Eyz.  Anglers have been catching tarpon ranging from 10 to 50 pounds.

Peacock bass have been very active as the bed along and near, docks, seawalls, bridges and shorelines. Sight fishing is fun for anglers looking to witness the strike. Live baits and DOA 3” 1/4 oz shrimp great baits to get the strike. Drop offs and bridges Rapala x raps great baits to entice peacocks of to strike.

Well that is the fishing  report for the boat week hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can’t catch them from ten couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight Lines!
