Sunshine! Fantastic weather no wonder everyone one is flocking to Florida. Fun in the sun and plenty of rod bending action for angler

Snook fishing is great in the inlets and inside the ICW. The beaches usually hold fish but no longer able to fish them due to all the sea weed that has been washed up on the beaches. The snook inside are taking live baits and DOA Terror Eyz in pearl. The snook are schooled up making for consistent action.

Tarpon have been my main target, nothing beats the acrobatic jumps and drag screaming runs these fish display. The tarpon are active on both sides of the tides. Live baits free lined with the tide, great method as well as jigging a DOA terror Eyz or DOA C.A.L. 3” shad tail. The silver king have been ranging in size from 10 to 90 pounds.

Many other species have been caught jacks, snappers, sharks, moon fish, bluefish even some grouper. Live baits free lined or small split shots carolina rigged on leader, methods used to get the drag screaming.

Well that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can’t catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight Lines!
