July has arrived summer is in full swing. Drags are screaming and anglers are smiling

Snook are biting in the ICW, inlets and along the beaches. Live baits and DOA C.A.L. 3” shad tail have been the baits to get the strike. Both sides of the tides get the fish active, the snook are spawning so the bigger fis must be handled with care.

Tarpon action is red hot beaches, inlets and the back country all areas to find the silver king. Live baits and DOA terror eyz have have been the best baits to get the tarpon excited.  The tarpon are ranging in size from 10 to 100 pounds.

A mixed bag of species are being caught while targeting snook and tarpon. Jacks, mackerel, snapper, sharks, triple  tail just to name a few. Live baits and jigs will get the rod bent for anglers and a mixed bag of species is always a plus.

Well that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can’t catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight Lines!
