As an Inshore fishing guide in Pensacola you gotta love redfish. Our Inshore Fishery revolves around this wonderful species. Today I had the pleasure of taking these gentleman to meet their first Pensacola Redfish. We started our guided fishing trip from Perdido Key. We made a breif run to Pensacola Pass through Big Lagoon and started fishing. The bite was slow and the fish where on the lower end of the slot so we bolted. We ran down Pensacola Beach fishing schools of bait when they popped up, with no luck we changed tactics and began to run toward Pensacola Beach Fishing Peir in search of birds and redfish on top. We spotted a mass of birds with a large school of redfish working underneath. We stayed with these fish the rest of the trip. Great grade of fish 20+ lbs. I had a great time fishing with you fellas look forward to fishing with you again.
