I really didn't think me and my clients were going to catch too much today with the sunny skies and calm seas, but I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't fast and furious by any means, but we kept plugging away and ended up with 7 keeper walleye. There was really no hot color on the spinners. There was also no hot depth. We caught fish as shallow as 12 feet, and we caught fish as deep as 40. It's been a very tough bite this summer on Little bay de Noc, but it seems to finally be picking up. Time will tell...
