Miles Bay has been good. Lots if 1#-1 1/2# walleye, 12- 24 feet. A few 4#-7#ers. Find the walleye in less than 9' feet of water & you can catch some big ones. They are on the reefes, on the sand beaches and rocks and on shoreline drop offs. Use your electronics, locate your fish and jig for them with 3/8 ounce jigs tipped with minnow or leach(walleyes preference of the day)Casting sand & rocks for smallies & find a little weeds in these areas you will get some northerns. Rattle traps have worked well for all species while casting. Beattle spins minus the grub and replace with gulp rubber minnow was a good bass attractor. Bass are in 2'-4' of water. Have been averaging 40 - 50 walleye in the morning hours and 10-20 smallies and a few northerns on the way back home from Miles Bay the past few days.

Crappies can be bobber fished in the weeds in Stevens now.
