Date Fished: 1/22/2009

Water Temperature: 40

Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Headed out today looking around and checking some water on the lower end. With the cold weather and water temps(it was up to 40-41 on my last stop)I stayed in pockets most of the short time out. I fished shallower water hoping the fish were as cold as I was and looking for water the sun was heating up to get warm.LOL It was slow to say the least but I did manage to find a couple of fish in shallow grass lines. every fish caught was on a Jackall Squad Minnow 110. I had to let the bait sit for what seemed like hours(really only about 15-25 sec.) All in all a wonderful day on the water as far as sun light goes but still cold.LOL I will be out on the lake the rest of the week and working the boat show on friday night and Sat. be sure to drop by and say hello. Have a great week, see you on the water.

God Bless
