Sal Mattino

Hello again from St.Lucie Sportfishing Charters!I am Captain Sal with this report. The weather continues to be hot & humid.Sea conditions have been basically flat for the last six weeks. The live bait has been steady but at times needing a little push to fill up the live wells.

After obtaining the necessary amount of live greenies & sardines we head out to the south end of the EIght Mile Reef.Boneheads are still hanging around for a free meal offering a tough fight on light tackle. We had a good drift north at about three knots.Schoolie size Kingfish are still biting anything that presents itself. One my guest fought a nice 13 pounder for a short while before boating for the cooler.

Another Angler had a nice Dolphin on for a short while before bringing aboard for that evenings dinner table. That's my report from St. Lucie Sportfishing Charters.I am Captain Sal,boat safe, fish hard!
