Fishing report for the week ending 3/20/2011

Without a doubt some of the best quality sea trout fishing in recent memory, not just numbers but size.

We are regularly catching two and three lb. fish with my biggest this month being 6.5 lbs. Spanish mackerel and countless ladyfish have been in and around the beaches and passes. Live shinners are a good bet but shrimp and artificials are also working.

Flounder have also been showing up regularly.

There have been several Tarpon sightings and with air temperatures in the upper 80"s we will have a early season for them.
