Well I tried Johns lake again today this time I long line trolled so I could cover a lot of water and find some new areas.The fish still seem to be scattered and all over the lake and I could not seem to figure any specific pattern. Using dbl. rigs I was able to offer them many different choices and it seemed if the bait had pink in it it would catch fish. I found fish anywhere between five and ten feet of water and trolled anywhere between 7tenths and1.2 mile per hour. To sum it up in this post spawn you just have to pull out all the weapons and have patience they will bite
