The fishing continues to be unreal on the St Johns River.

The past four trips have produced over 20 fish in less then six hrs.

Bill and Grandson Thomas of Orlando age 11 had a 23 fish 1/2 day 4 hr trip

with the biggest weighing 4 pounds.Troy and Mike from AL had a 21 6 hr trip

with the largest weighing 6 1/2 lbs.Buddy of WA had a 16 fish day with the largest

weighing 6 lbs caught on a topwater. My good friend Gary Clark of Kissimmee

joined me today for a few hrs for some fun fishing and together we caught over

20 fish with two over 6 pounds.

It doesn't get any better then this for summer time largemouth bass fishing

in FL during the summer months.

We have been catching fish on topwater and texas rigged worms in the main

river.Points and shellbeds have been key area's as long as the shad are present

in the area you are fishing.
