Big turn around from yesterday and today as for the artificial bite Today my client Charlie From NJ braved the wind and rain to have the trip of a lifetime on the St Johns River. The fish big fish were busting shad all day I'm not sure just how many were caught but a safe bet would be 35 to 9 1/2 pounds. We took a 45 minute break from the schooling fish to catch a 9 1/2 pounder on a big wild shiner under a floating grass mat. Charlie's best until today was 7 1/2.Great day of fishing but the weather was really bad at times.I am booked up for March but have days open in April the fishing will only get better over the next two months. The St Johns River is only minutes from Orlando,Disney World,Daytona Beach Thanks From Capt Ed Bussard Guiding Clients To Trophy Bass For 28 Years In Central Florida www.basschallenger.com 800-241-5314
