Day two with Jim and Marcia Smith from the Osk Kosh area of Wisconsin started out much better than yesterday's trip. We headed back to the same area we started catching fish at yesterday before we had to come in. We were trolling bottom bouncers and Walleyes Choice spinners at .9 to 1.1 mph. Our best colors today were I-68 and I-3 . Most of our fish ranged from 16 to 19 inches. We did have a few throwbacks and some nicer fish come un-buttoned as well. With all the bites we had...we should have had 15 or 16 keepers today. We ended up with 9 fish for their family fish fry. The key today was getting away from the pack of boats and all the noise. Good luck from all of us in the Bay de Noc area.
