Today we were joined by good friends Doug (Longfintunatackle) and is wife Laura plan was simple hit the reef and bottom fish. Stopped for gas at Pedersons and filled up gas at $3.80 if anyones wondering. Headed out under real nice conditions as we got to the reef there was a few boats on my usual numbers shifted further East and dropped the hook.
Didn't take long we had nice Sea Bass and Big Porgies coming over the sides then April catches a nice 24" Cod, Doug catches a keeper Tog, and it was steady action at days end we had over a dozen sea bass 2 dozen porgies a tog, a cod and a hugh silver eel. Back home in time for kick off The Perfect Day.
