I know many rules about when to fish. What to fish what time of year. When I was getting ready to go fishing I ask a fisherwoman on the shore about this lake. She told me about which side of the lake she likes to fish when she is in a boat. One of the first things I like to try on a new lake is the intersection of running water with the lake. So I went against local information. The outlet is too small to effect the fish but now iwas on the other side of the lake. After fishing around and back to where she had recommended I suddenly found my self surrounded by large fish jumping 3 to 4 feet out of the water. The only thing I can think of that will make fish jump like that is Dragon Flies. I tried fishing with everything I had and nothing worked but now I have fish. As I was leaving I saw solid black Dragon Flies.
