The wind has kept most from fishing this past week but the bass fishing has been great and with the water level so low the water has remain fairly clear. I have been fishing the main channel from the locks at Clewiston out to the water tank with great success this week catching most of the bass on wild shiners but if you want to throw Rat-L-Traps or crankbaits they are working great also. Most of the bass have been in the 3 to 5 pound range but we have been also catching a few up to eight pounds. The dynomite holes south of Clewiston have also been producing bass if the wind blows to hard to fish the main lake. The water is shallow in most areas so if you are not sure about going somewhere you might not want to go there. Good luck and tight lines. Capt. Mark King www.markkingfishing.com
