I had no show this morning, so I called a good friend of mine and he was already out there fishing. I drop my boat off at the store and jump in the boat with him at 7:00 am. Since the fish haven't bit well the last three days, I had strong feeling they would feed up with overcast skies and they didn't let me down. We used the Xcalibur Xr75 and the XrK75 in Rayburn Red and Royal Red with steady retrieve. At 11:00 am I said "Uncle" because stupid me left my rainsuit in my boat and I was drenched from head to toe. In 4 hours we put 14 fish in the boat and lost several more pigs. The Xr75 is not out in stores yet, but keep an eye out it will be soon.

March 19,20, and 28th are open if anyone would like to experience fishing on Guntersville.

Bio: I have been fishing Lake Guntersville my entire life and I specialize in fishing grass on Lake Gunterville. Living here in North Alabama all my life, I have over 19 years experience bass fishing on beautiful Lake Guntersville and other area lakes. I began tournament fishing at the age of 16 in local bass clubs. Not long after I then moved on to the nationally known trails such as Angler's Choice, BFL, B.A.I.T. and other large local tournaments. If you want the opportunity to catch bass, learn seasonal tactics, and have a wonderful time on the water, then your search stops here. Bass fishing is not just my job, it's my passion!
