The redfish bite has been getting better by the week here in Tarpon Springs. Large redfish are schooling up in preperation for their spawn and are feeding like crazy. On a trip on Saturday 9-29-07 10 redfish were caught on one spot, all were over 24 inches and a few over 30 inches in length.

As the water temperatures cool, more and more redfish will school up and be foraging the flats for food in preparation for their spawning period.
