I had the pleasure of fishing with John and Wes from Hayden, AL today. Strong Northwest winds keep us from fishing several productive areas but we still managed to find a few places out of the wind. They caught over 25 fish and missed/lost another 10 fish on a Yum lizard and Xcalibur Xr50. This cold front shouldn't hurt the fishing because the bass are up roaming and looking for a place to spawn.

I have next Monday the 19th and March 28th open.

Pic and release,

Fish Species: Largemouth
Bait Used: Xcalibur Xr50 and Yum Lizard
Tackle Used: Shimano reels and Falcon rods
Method Used: slow
Water Depth: 2-4
Water Temperature: 59
Wind Direction: NNW
Wind Speed: 20-30

Bio: I have been fishing Lake Guntersville my entire life and I specialize in fishing grass on Lake Gunterville. Living here in North Alabama all my life, I have over 19 years experience bass fishing on beautiful Lake Guntersville and other area lakes. I began tournament fishing at the age of 16 in local bass clubs. Not long after I then moved on to the nationally known trails such as Angler's Choice, BFL, B.A.I.T. and other large local tournaments. If you want the opportunity to catch bass, learn seasonal tactics, and have a wonderful time on the water, then your search stops here. Bass fishing is not just my job, it's my passion!
