With summertime in full swing along with the heat brings out the monster snook to spawn along all the coastal beaches in Pinellas County.

Summertime means one thing to most people...and that is trophy snook catching time on the beaches! We are fortunate enough to be having some stellar snook action the past few months. We have been catching snook in the upper 30 inch range to well into the mid 40 inch range.

Targeting these fish on the outgoing tides is the ticket. Freelining large pinfish, grunts and finger mullet to these awaiting snook is a no brainer to get them to eat.
