Friday I got out with same guys that I fish fished with on Thursday. Since they were practicing for a tournament we changed to a different section of the lake. They caught fish on just about everything they wanted to throw as we targeted water in the 1-5ft range. We fished Yum dingers, Yum lizards, Yum ribbontails, Booyah spinnerbaits, Xcalibur Xr50s, Xcalibur Zell Pops, and Chocolate chip cookies. Ok, maybe not cookies but it was a good variety of baits. Total for the day was 16-17 fish (15 keepers).

May 8-10th, 15th, 22nd, 24th, and 29th-31st are available to experience Guntersville.

Bio: I have been fishing Lake Guntersville my entire life and I specialize in fishing grass on Lake Gunterville. Living here in North Alabama all my life, I have over 19 years experience bass fishing on beautiful Lake Guntersville and other area lakes. I began tournament fishing at the age of 16 in local bass clubs. Not long after I then moved on to the nationally known trails such as Angler's Choice, BFL, B.A.I.T. and other large local tournaments. If you want the opportunity to catch bass, learn seasonal tactics, and have a wonderful time on the water, then your search stops here. Bass fishing is not just my job, it's my passion!
