[Toldeo Bend] It is hot down in southeast Texas so you have to make a lot of adjustments depending on the time of day as well as weather. We actually have had about a week of very mild weather with clouds which improved fishing activity.

[Beach Haven] A combination of varying ocean conditions and yo-yo temperatures have made finding fish difficult for the boats of the Beach Havden Charter Fishing Association. Despite that, the captains have found that hard work will still produce good fish catches.

[Lake Fork] Bass are settled in their summer offshore structure patterns at Lake Fork and the fishing has been good to great almost every day for the past week. Although we haven't caught any monster fish lately, we've caught at least 20 fish every day and many more on the good days.

[Toldeo Bend] Summer fishing is not often for the faint hearted as we have had several days near 100 degrees. The best hint is to get on the lake at first light and stay late and stay off the lake from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. We do a lot of split schedules mid June through Aug.
