[Yellowstone River] Water temps getting in mid to upper 40's, and the Rainbow spawn is basically over, so it's a good time to be fishing. I'm always looking forward to when the fish begin to move into their summer water, then it seems you can catch them all over the river (even more), and the small, shallow riffles begin to hold more fish.

[Pascagoula River] Over the past two weeks we have consistently caught some nice trout on top water lures in the early morning and just before sunset. The trout are out on the oyster reefs and in several of my favorite spots up river. These have been some very nice-sized trout in the two to four pound range.
Lucerne Grossman Tournament Fishing Report by Benny Blanco (2006-04-25 20:24:40)

Dave Sutton and the tournament committee put together one of the most professionally organized tournaments I have fished. I certainly wasn't expecting such a high quality tourney... needless to say, I was completely impressed.
Great Tampa Bay Fishing by Woody Gore (2006-04-14 15:14:02)
[Tampa] Typical wintertime fishing in upper and lower Tampa Bay, with one exception there are Sheepshead everywhere. Seems like thousands of them hanging around oyster bars, docks, pilings, and bridge fenders and they're willing to eat.
Bones by Bob Bushholz (2006-04-01 13:47:28)
[Stuart] Action in the grassflats has been decent north of the county line on both sides. A mixture of trout, redfish, ladyfish, snook, jacks and pompano have kept anglers busy. Seems the past few months the majority of baitfish are concentrated north of the Jensen Beach Causeway.
