[Shell Beach,LA] Time was running out and we had to leave those fish biting, but with non stop action all day long either from the trash fish or good fish the gang has a blast. Total catch in the box was 48 Trout (logs), 1 Red, 1 Pompano, 2 Drum, and 3 Spanish.

[Shell Beach,LA] At our last stop we got on a real good bite and the fish box was filling fast. With the heat coming on and sore arms they had enough and cried uncle. Good thing because with the size of these fish I don't know were we were going to put any more. I had to stand on top of the fish box to close it. They had a great time and it was a pleasure to spend the day with them. Total catch for the day was 88 Trout (2-4 pounds), 5 Reds, 2 Pompano, 3 Spanish, and 1 Sheepshead.

[Venice,LA] We had the Lake Area Electric crew today and Leger had the half that got on the wrong boat..both plans called for tuna and snapper..and it couldn't have gone any better for both species on my boat..we got 3 tuna right off the bat then a lucky shot.

[Venice,LA] Hunter and I were back from storm break to meet great conditions for a change..Bill's and Leger's crews opted out of their overnighter which should have went into today leaving both of them to do maintenance..fishing is always a little a hard to peg after a break but we did well all things considered.

[Shell Beach,LA] The guys put their limits in the boat and when they stopped to eat some lunch I picked up a rod and put a few in the boat for me. The wind laid down as the morning went on, so with an over stuffed fish box and flat seas we headed to the house. Total catch was 135 Trout, 2 Drum, and 1 Pompano.

[Shell Beach,LA] We finally did get away from them and got on a good Trout bite and the guys caught their limits just in time so we could head on in and beat the rain. Total catch was 50 Trout (1-3 pounds), 2 Sheepshead, and lots of big Reds in the 30 pound class released.
