[Pulaski] Wow! What a weekend. Started off with the typical single digit AM temperatures, but once the sun got up in the sky it was gorgeous out there. We didn't want to quit it was so nice.

Anglers fishing with me on the Snook Fin-Addict, out of CBs Saltwater Outfitters on Siesta Key, caught and released snook, reds, trout, pompano, Spanish mackerel and blues the last couple of weeks. The best action continues to be on deep grass flats for trout, Spanish mackerel and pompano.

[Clearwater] Most of the backwater fish have been on the move this week. From Mon the 9th to Thur the 12th, the water temp changed 8 degrees. Where the reds, trout and snook were hanging out on Mon most of them had moved on Thurs.

[Salmon River] The fishing pressure continues to be high as everyone is getting cabin fever. Mornings have been cold, but it hasn't stop anglers from hitting the water. The upper section of the river between Altmar and Pineville is producing the most action.
