Dolphin fishing has been in full stride, with some really great days and a few struggle type days. Throw in a bit of windy weather and on those days, running and gunning becomes only for the stout of stomach. On the calm days, its a pleasure. The fish in general have been anywhere from 250 feet on out to over 20 miles.

The wind has finally laid down and we managed to get in most of our trips. The wind dying down is good news as I am heading over to the Bahamas to target the yellowfin tunas and calm weather will be nice for a change.

The last week has offered up some great fishing both here and in Bimini. We ran over to Bimini on Sunday and hooked up with a super bunch of guys from Wisconsin. We had 3 boats and 5 anglers for 3 days of fly fishing.

oe Capallano and his friends started this report with some great fish. Over 3 days they caught 5 sails, several dolphin to 18 pounds, a bunch of kings and bonito, a 34 pound jack crevalle, an 18 pound horse eye jack and a 28 pound blackfin tuna.
